In this Policy, "Unsink", "we" or "us" refers to Unsink LLC, a company registered in the State of Delaware in United States with its bussiness address at 3524 Silverside Rd 35B, DE 19810, US. We are the data controller under the applicable privacy laws.
Unsink LLC uses your Information to provide and improve the Service. We do not sell your Information to third parties or seek to monetize data. In particular, we do not engage in the provision of personalized advertising.
By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of your Information in accordance with this Policy.
When you communicate with us via email we collect your email address and any information you choose to disclose, which we use to provide you with information about the Service, support or to respond to your requests or feedback.
When you use the Service, Unsink does not directly collect your Information.
To monitor and analyze the functioning of the Service, we use a third-party Service Provider, Google Analytics, which collects personally identifiable information that may include information such as your device's Internet Protocol address, the visited pages of the Service, the time and date of your Service usage,unique device identifiers, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile operating system and other diagnostic data. You may opt-out of certain Google Analytics features through your mobile device settings, such as your device advertising settings.
To schedule and manage geofencing in the Android version of the Service, we use a third-party Service Provider, Google Places, which accesses information on your location.

The Service is not targeted at children, and we do not knowingly collect Information from children under the age of 13. If you learn that a child has provided us with Information in violation of this Policy, please contact Unsink as described below.
As described above, the use of Service leads to collection of Information by the third-party Service providers.
If Unsink is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, your Information may be transferred. We will provide notice before your Information is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.
Under certain circumstances, Unsink may be required to disclose your Information by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g. a court or a government agency).
